What is the “MAC Rewards Program”?
The MAC Rewards Program lets members earn points and redeem dollars for dining at Cafeteria 15L, Ma Jong’s Asian Diner, Gogi’s Korean BBQ, Firestone Public House, and Iron Horse Tavern. Each member has a registered phone number to present when dining at these locations. Members accrue points with every purchase and redeem them for rewards dollars that can be used towards food and drink purchases at any of the locations listed.

How much does it cost?
It’s free to join the MAC Rewards Program.

Is my information safe?
Yes! We do not share, sell or provide any of your information with other parties. Our Privacy Policy can be viewed online at www.mac-rewards.com

Who can join the MAC Rewards Program?
The MAC Rewards Program is for individual customers only, 18 years of age or older. Points may not be credited to business entities. Employees of MAC Entertainment Group are not eligible for membership.

How do I earn MAC Rewards Points?
To earn Rewards Points, please give your server your registered phone number before the time of purchase. Points will automatically post to your account by the next day. You can also earn Rewards Points take-out at all participating locations. Only the member paying the bill is eligible to receive the points.

Please note that Rewards Points cannot be earned on private dining events.

How do I redeem my MAC Rewards Dollars?
Every time you reach 300 Rewards Points, your account will automatically be credited with $20 Rewards Dollars. To use Rewards Dollars, please give your registered phone to your server at the time of purchase. Let them know that you would like to use your Rewards Dollars for payment. You will receive a receipt with the dollar amount used for that meal and your adjusted Rewards Dollars balance. You cannot specify the amount of Rewards Dollars you would like to use towards your purchase. For example, if you have $100 Rewards Dollars in your account, you cannot apply just $20 to the bill.

Please note that Rewards Dollars cannot be used for purchase of gift cards, private dining, catering, tax or gratuity, and are not valid with other discounts or promotions. Rewards dollars are not valid on the following holidays: Valentine’s Day, St. Patrick’s Day, Easter, Mother’s Day, New Year’s Eve.

Do my MAC Rewards Points or Dollars expire?
Rewards Points do not expire. Rewards Dollars expire one year from date earned. Rewards Dollars given for special promotions expire based on terms and conditions of offer.

How do check my balance?
Check your balance by logging into your account at Www.mac-rewards.com

How do I refer a friend?
To refer a friend, log-in to your account at https://cafeteria15l.myguestaccount.com/guest/accountlogin. In the “Refer a Friend” section, type in your friend’s email address along with a message and hit “Send Message”. Once your friend has registered through your link AND comes in for their first visit at any of our participating locations, you will automatically receive 50 Rewards points in your account!

What if I forgot my login and password?
Passwords can be recovered at Www.mac-rewards.com. If you have forgotten your username, please email us at info@mac-rewards.com. Please include your account number or registered phone number.

I gave my server my registered phone number, but I didn’t receive points for my transaction.
If you think Rewards Points were not properly added to your account, please email info@mac-rewards.com. Please include your account number or registered phone number, restaurant location, date of visit, check number and sub-total of the check.

What if I forgot to give my server my registered phone number?
Unfortunately, you cannot earn points after you have paid your bill.

Do I earn points when I dine and pay with a gift card, discount card, etc?
Rewards Points can be earned on gift card purchases made in-store. Rewards Dollars cannot be used for purchase of gift cards.

Do I earn points when purchasing gift cards?
Yes, you do earn Rewards Points when purchasing gift cards. However, you cannot earn Rewards Points on purchases made with gift cards. Rewards Dollars cannot be used to purchase gift cards.

Do I earn points on tax, gratuity, and/or service charges?
No. Points are awarded on the check sub-total for food and beverage purchases only.
